Your Files and Content
You retain full ownership of files you process. All tools are browser-based and we never access your files at any point.
You're responsible for ensuring you have rights to modify, convert, or otherwise process any files you use with our tools. We don't review, moderate, or have access to file contents.
Intellectual Property
The Fylite website, including design, code, content, and branding, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our website or code without permission.
Open-source libraries we use are subject to their own licenses. We provide attribution and comply with these licenses.
Your use of Fylite doesn't grant rights to our intellectual property beyond the limited right to use the service as intended.
Embedding Fylite Tools
You may embed Fylite tools on third-party websites subject to these conditions:
- A visible, clickable attribution link to fylite.com must remain present on the same page as the embed
- The attribution link must not be hidden, obscured, or removed
- The embed may not be used on sites containing illegal content
- You may not modify, wrap, or proxy the embed in ways that misrepresent its origin
- We reserve the right to revoke embed access for any site violating these conditions
- We make no guarantee of embed availability or uptime
Technical Implementation
Embeds are loaded via our embed.js script. The script checks for attribution automatically. Bypassing this check does not grant permission to embed without attribution — it remains a violation of these Terms regardless of technical circumvention.
Browser-Based Tools
All tools process files entirely in your browser. Key terms:
- No file data transmitted to our servers
- No file size or usage limits beyond your device capabilities
- Your browser must support modern JavaScript
- Processing speed depends on your device performance
- We're not responsible for browser compatibility issues
Service Availability
We strive to keep Fylite available 24/7, but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Service may be unavailable due to:

Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months prior to the claim (which is zero for free features).
File Processing Results
We don't guarantee accuracy, completeness, or quality of processed files. You should always verify results and keep backups of original files. We're not responsible for:
- Data loss or corruption during processing
- Files that don't meet your expectations
- Compatibility issues with other software
- Any consequences of using processed files
- Lost business opportunities or revenue
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fylite, Web Strana, Dino Periša s.p., and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of third parties
- Files you process using the service
- Your violation of applicable laws or regulations
Changes to the Service
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Fylite at any time without notice. We may:

We follow official specifications from government sources, but cannot guarantee acceptance. Requirements change, enforcement varies by location and officer, and acceptance involves human judgment.
